Reviews and Ratings
Staying at the hotel meant enjoying a clean and well-equipped room, though the Wi-Fi access was a bit inconvenient due to the location. The service was mostly friendly and helpful, with a minor issue regarding checkout reminders. The location on the serene island of Murano offered peaceful nights but came with a longer ferry ride to the main island of Venice. Breakfast options were adequate, but not very diverse.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although beautifully decorated in the typical Venetian style with a stunning Murano chandelier, were on the smaller side and could get uncomfortably hot, leading to bug issues if the window was opened. The space was also tight for two people as only one chair was provided. However, the location on Murano Island was convenient for connecting to the water bus and exploring the quieter surroundings. Despite some shortcomings, the service was satisfactory, and the dining experience, though a bit limited, provided the basics for a simple meal. The pricing seemed fair, although an unexpected charge appeared on my credit card post-cancellation.
I stayed at a new hotel development in a nearby building near Murano. The rooms were clean and well-furnished with a comfortable bed, but a bit tight on space. The ensuite layout was a bit awkward with the shower placement and constant noise from a nearby closet was disturbing at night.
